Product Features & Specifications
This Jib Crane handles 1 to 10 ton capacities with customizable spans and lift heights, designed for reliable performance in production lines, workshops, and warehouses. It meets IS-3177 standards with M3 to M8 duty class, featuring base gusset plate for rigidity to column and mast fabricated from pipe or rolled steel sections.
The jib arm uses fabricated I-beam/heavy plate construction with double roller self-aligned bearings for horizontal loading and well as radial thrust. Power supply includes C-rail festoon/drag chain for cross travel, long cable duct from panel to motors; squirrel cage motors have built-in fail-safe brakes (B/F insulation class). Swivelling boom available at 90°, 180°, 360° with hoist speed as per customer requirement.
